Privacy Policy

What we collect

Plot inputs. Plot dimensions, road width, facing, zone and similar figures you enter to generate a plan or report. These describe a plot, not a person, and are not linked to your identity unless you sign in and save them.

Anonymous usage analytics. We run our own first-party analytics: a random session identifier, the pages and features used, timing, coarse location (city-level, derived from our hosting provider's request headers) and the generated layouts. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising tracker, and no analytics cookie — the session identifier lives in your browser storage and identifies a browsing session, not a person.

Account data (only if you sign in). Sign-in is optional and uses Google OAuth or a one-time email code. We store your email address, the name and avatar your Google account shares, and whatever you choose to save: plans, shortlisted plots and the details you type against them (nickname, locality, asking price, seller or agent contact, notes) and photos you attach. Saved data is scoped to your account with row-level security; note photos live in a private storage bucket accessible only through your signed-in session. The first time you save a plan we send one email to that address with a link back to it — no newsletters, no marketing, and your address is never shared.

Uploads for plan import. If you import an existing home from a floor-plan photo or a walkthrough video, images (or a few frames sampled from your video in your browser — the video file itself never leaves your device) are sent to our AI provider to extract the room layout. We keep those images in a private storage bucket for up to 90 days so we can see where the importer read a drawing or a room wrongly and improve it. After 90 days the full-size images are deleted automatically and only a small thumbnail (about 240 pixels) is kept as a record of what the importer was given. They are never public and never used for advertising. Write to us if you would like yours removed sooner.

Cookies

The only cookies we set are the authentication cookies that keep you signed in (via Supabase Auth). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Signed out, the app works cookie-free; your plot shortlist is kept in your own browser's local storage.

Who processes it

We do not sell or rent your data. It is processed by the service providers the product is built on: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Anthropic and/or Google (the AI models that arrange room layouts and phrase report narrations — they receive plot inputs and import images, never your account details), and Razorpay (payments, when paid reports are enabled — your card or UPI details go directly to Razorpay and never touch our servers).

Retention and deletion

Saved plots and plans stay until you delete them or your account. Anonymous analytics sessions are kept for product improvement and are not traceable to you. To delete your account and everything saved under it, email vinodhec@gmail.com from the signed-in address — we action deletion requests within 30 days. The same address answers any privacy question, including access requests under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Changes

If our data practices change, this page changes with them and the date above is updated. Continued use after a change means the updated policy applies. See also our Terms of Service.
